The Department for Infrastructure has published the results of a survey of Deaf, disabled people and older people looking at how the Concessionary Fares Scheme impacts on there lives. The survey undertaken in 2019 prior to the pandemic and its findings broadly demonstrate the value of the Scheme to Deaf, disabled people and older people as well as wider society.
The survey report can be downloaded in word of pdf version from the DfI website here.
